Working out

Hello there!Recently I've asked u all to tell me what you want me to write about in my blog post.
And one of you suggested me to write something about "working out" and it's importance in our life.
And I'm not here to just list out the definition of working out and list out it's advantages as we all already knew about it very well.
Thus,I'm here,to discuss with you,what is stopping us from working out and things of that sort.
I wish you all to answer this question.
Now,don't worry,it's a simple one.
In a day,how many hours do you all spend to work out or do some kind of physical activity?
Now,be true to yourself and answer the question.
I guess,I must change the question from how many hours are you working out per day? to Do you workout or have you ever thought about including it in your daily routine?
Bcoz,most of us do not get enough motivation to workout.
At times,we get inspired by a few athletes and start exercising for a day or two and suddenly we forget about it.
I totally agree to it,and it's okay!
Exercising is really important because..
I read an article in one of the newspapers long before,
That explained the concept "NEAT",
Neat means-"Non-excercise activity thermogenesis"
It is one of the ways that helps you to lose weight.
They tell you that apart from exercising,
Like instead of doing stretches,
One can work out without even working out,
by simply carrying out day to day activities,
Like sweeping the floor,washing the vessels,gardening etc.
To conclude,they have written in the article that physical activity of 30 minutes isn't enough and apart from that,one has to follow the "neat".
When working out for 30 mins per day isn't enough,
Then think for a minute where we are!
