How to keep up with your Newyear resolutions?
For it's nearing a week from the new year,
So,how's it-2020-the beginning of a decade?
Speaking about this year,
Omg! How did I forget this!
So,what about your newyear resolutions?
Is it still on your bucket list or has it been already dropped off!
I'm sure about this,
New year isn't anymore a new year,
Especially without new resolutions.
Yes,even I had taken some,
Guess what?
Yes,finally my new year resolution,
Is actually don't laugh,
Not taking anymore!
You know I'd get bored,
Of always taking up resolutions and not keeping it up,..
I'm already fed up.. Of all these,
Tats why I called u here,
To learn from me..
So first set a resolution,
I'm sure you would have,
I'll explain:getting up at 5.00
Bcoz it's a common one.
Anyways it isn't anymore my resolution,
Coz it's my routine and I'm used to it.
So,I'm sure waking up means alarm,
And tats it!
This is where you go wrong dears!,
Everyone is capable of setting up alarms but how many end up in waking?
Not a hundred huh,
Before setting up alarms,
First get into bed,
Within 10,
I know it's hard,
But no way..
So,tat you'll have much time to sleep,
And you'll be tat refreshed tat you won't cut anymore alarms,
Without waking up.
So,why should you actually wake up?
For work!I'm sorry, I have to say this,
then your resolutions has already lost it's power.
So,after getting up,
Don't just jump into work or exercise,
It'll only push you to do nothing but to sleep.
The first half hour of the day,
Spend it,feel it and do something you love,
Like hearing music,or just a sketch (hobbies)
This'll definitely motivate you.
And for this,following your hobbies and passion,
You'll definetely wake up!
When you could wake up and get ready for your boredom office,
Then why can't you get up to do something you love?
You can and you will and finally believe in yourself..
And I'm sure you'll end up waking at 5.00
If not 5.00 at least 6.00..
