How to get through fears and anxiety?
If this is your question,
You're in the right place.
Yes, we all do have fears and anxiety,
In our life,
And it's normal.
Fear is responsible for pulling people down,
From the greatest height,
Which we are yet to reach!

You know I'm such an imaginative person,
That I always visualise things going wrong,
Even when they're right..
What I do is,
I just postpone my fears,
Yes,when I could postpone my boring  H.W,
Then why not my fears.
Or I distract myself,
From the fears,
Eg:I sing or sometime here one of them.
Which really calms me deep in and soothes me.
In fact, music brings in positive thoughts..
It's scientifically proven.
So, just sing..

And remember this :"99%of the things you worry about will never happen.."
Life is always a mystery...
Unless you be happy with the things around,
You'll be consumed by your fears.

Listen, there are two parts of brain,
One ancient and the other modern.
If you're ancient brain takes,
Control of your modern brain,
You'll have negative thoughts.
So, you'll have to win over your ancient brain,
By your modern brain.

Just stay positive,
And if not positive,
Atleast stop thinking negative.
Thoughts are what define you!
Control your thoughts, you rule the world!
